Bac Giang Provincial Political School organizes a competition for excellent lecturers

5 candidates went through 3 exam contents: Lesson plan design, each lecturer chose 1 lesson in the intermediate political theory program to prepare a lesson plan for the exam according to the model of Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics; Teaching in class for 1 lesson period (45 minutes); Handling pedagogical situations.

The school board presented flowers to congratulate the lecturers participating in the competition.

Good lecturers have a total exam score of 80 points or higher. Of which, the teaching exam score is good or higher, and the scientific research score is 2.5 points or higher.

Excellent lecturers have a total exam score of 90 points or higher, exam content is good or higher, scientific research score is 5 points or higher.

Scientific research points serving teaching are converted points from scientific topics directly researched by participating lecturers that have been accepted as meeting requirements or higher.

Scientific research articles published in licensed media; papers presented at conferences from school level and above are printed in the proceedings.

The lecturers give lectures in class.

The contest is an opportunity for staff and lecturers to learn and exchange work experiences. Thereby improving professional qualifications, skills, teaching methods, and skills in handling pedagogical situations, contributing to improving the quality of the team, meeting the increasingly high requirements of the current task of training and fostering staff; promoting the emulation movement of good teaching and good research throughout the school.

Based on the results of the contest, the Provincial Political School will select 2 lecturers with the highest exam results to participate in the 9th National Excellent Teaching Competition for Provincial Political Schools, Ministry and Sector Schools in 2025.
