Gradually standardize internal processes; promptly resolve administrative procedures, strive to complete 100% of targets and 5/5 key tasks in 2025 on planning, architecture, urban development and technical infrastructure; management of houses, offices, real estate market; management of construction activities and management of construction quality; infrastructure management; ensure transportation situation and traffic safety.

At the same time, the Department of Construction also requested the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to direct the Department of Finance to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Construction and relevant agencies and units to study and advise the Provincial People's Committee to "include social housing development targets in the system of 5-year and annual socio-economic development targets"; at the same time, study and adjust housing-related contents in the socio-economic development plan of the province that has been decided to suit the practical situation; agree to temporarily suspend the implementation of research on general planning for commune-level administrative units until the rearrangement of commune-level administrative units in the area is completed (except for some projects that have been basically completed). Consider directing the People's Committees of Bac Giang city and Hiep Hoa district to continue to implement and accelerate the progress of zoning planning projects, specify the approved General Planning, ensure the legal basis to attract investment, and implement a number of necessary projects.

Direct the Department of Science and Technology to research and soon connect data on the document management and operational management system of the Department of Transport (old) to the data system of the Department of Construction to facilitate management, lookup, and implementation of common tasks of the industry.

The Department also requested the Department of Finance to guide and support the Department of Construction to complete the procedures for handing over some assets and equipment to the Provincial Police to serve the task of testing and issuing driving licenses; promptly complete the appraisal of the investment policy for the project to renovate and upgrade provincial road 291 (section from Km16+980 - Km25); coordinate with the Department of Construction to promptly appraise the investment policy for the Van Ha bridge construction project (after receiving the Prime Minister's document), the investment project for the V belt road through the province, the investment project for provincial road 290B, etc.

Concluding the meeting, Comrade Nguyen Viet Oanh said that the results achieved by the Department of Construction recently showed that the arrangement after more than a month of operation has affirmed its effectiveness, shortening many stages of implementation of tasks. Typically, the Department has recently promptly corrected the virtual "land fever" situation in the area, contributing to the health of the market.

He requested the Department to continue to coordinate with the Department of Home Affairs to review and ensure policies for officials and employees when streamlining the apparatus. Continue to monitor and strictly handle violations related to the real estate market; properly handle intersections, infrastructure connections, and ensure traffic safety.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized that in the coming time, after the merger of the province, there will be many changes. Therefore, the Department should proactively calculate and plan new development spaces, ensuring synchronous and appropriate planning work, ensuring a long-term vision. In particular, calculating the development zoning plan so that when the provincial planning is adjusted, it will be the basis for implementation. In addition, the Department of Construction focuses on reforming administrative procedures, resolving difficulties and obstacles for investment licensing projects on the basis of compliance with the law.
