Effectively deploying "3 links" in the 2023 summer volunteer campaign

"Uniting forces - Uniting localities - Uniting communities" is a policy that Ha Tinh youth are promoting, creating effectiveness in the 2023 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign.

A team of volunteer students from Ha Tinh - Academy of Finance supports people in Cam Thinh commune, Cam Xuyen district to build new rural projects.

From the first days of the 2023 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee has directed all levels of the Youth Union to effectively implement the "3-link" policy. Accordingly, 100% of Youth Union units across the province have "linked forces" with the police, military, workers, women, farmers and local people in organizing activities.

At the same time, "local linkage" between urban and rural areas is carried out in implementing the movement "Ha Tinh Youth join hands to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas", bringing resources to support disadvantaged villages and communes, remote areas, and localities that are completing the criteria for building new rural areas.

Along with that is the "community connection" between the Youth Union, Association, clubs, teams, groups at all levels with religious organizations, individuals, volunteer organizations, connecting green summer volunteer teams to volunteer activities in the area.

Talking about the effectiveness of the "3 links" policy in implementing electronic identification installation, Major Dang Dinh Tai - Secretary of the Provincial Police Youth Union shared: "The police force has coordinated with the Youth Union, Vietnam Youth Union at all levels, Women's Union, Farmers' Union in communes, wards and towns to guide people to install and activate VNeID. Thanks to that, the implementation of electronic identification installation has been widely spread, reaching a variety of subjects and locations".

Ha Tinh Electricity cooperates with Thach Ha District Youth Union to repair the electrical system for policy families.

Thanks to the good implementation of the "3 links" policy, the Youth Union and Association chapters at all levels in the province have achieved many outstanding results, leaving a strong impression in the summer volunteer campaign.

Up to now, the Youth Union of the whole province has effectively implemented the tasks to support the construction of new rural areas such as: renovating 83 model gardens and model residential areas; leveling and building 39.4 km of rural roads, dredging 23.9 km of irrigation canals in the fields, and 33 bright - green - clean - beautiful youth roads.

Started construction of 5 charity houses, donated 9 children's playgrounds. Supported people in clearing land for the North-South expressway; supported, instructed on installation and activation of more than 200,000 electronic identification accounts. Effectively implemented gratitude activities with a total value of more than 2.2 billion VND.

Especially on this occasion, the units have focused on and actively supported the communes of Huong Khe district to build new rural areas through activities such as: environmental sanitation, building rural landscapes; donating construction materials for works, electric lines to light up rural roads...

Many new and creative models such as: Party members at the age of 18; Free life skills courses; Application of digital platforms and social networks in mobilizing and coordinating volunteer resources; Youth digital newsletter... have also been effectively implemented, demonstrating the strong mark of Ha Tinh youth in the 2023 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign.

The Youth Union at all levels is constantly striving to innovate content, create, apply technology, and digital transformation so that each youth project and work bears the mark of youth; demonstrating the policy of "3 connections" associated with programs and political tasks of localities and units. From there, truly promoting the effectiveness and sustainability of the 2023 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign, contributing to the construction and socio-economic development of the province.
