The above information was announced by Mr. Vo Ho Hoang Vu - Chief of Office of the Department of Culture and Sports of Ho Chi Minh City at a regular press conference on the socio-economic situation this afternoon (March 6).

According to Mr. Vu, the city has issued a plan to organize activities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025). In particular, the city plans to organize 7 fireworks display locations.

Fireworks will be set off at the Saigon River Tunnel (Thu Duc City), Ben Duoc Martyrs Memorial Temple (Cu Chi District); Nga Ba Giong Martyrs Memorial Area (Hoc Mon District), Lang Le - Bau Co relic site (Binh Chanh District), Can Gio District football field; National History - Culture Park, Dam Sen Cultural Park.

In addition, the city is mobilizing districts, towns and businesses to organize additional local fireworks display locations in the form of socialization.

According to Mr. Vu, the Department of Culture and Sports has proactively coordinated with departments, branches and sectors to consider and direct the organization of emulation activities to achieve achievements in celebration of the 50th anniversary of National Reunification Day, organize exhibitions, promote culture, arts, sports, etc.

These activities promise to bring to the people and tourists meaningful activities about revolutionary tradition education combined with modern performances.
