On June 16, the Thu Duc City Party Committee (HCMC) summarized 2 years of implementing Conclusion 01 of the Politburo on continuing to implement Directive 05 on promoting studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle and 1 year of implementing Plan 128 of the Thu Duc City Party Committee on building Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space associated with promoting the cultural characteristics of Thu Duc City in the period of 2022-2025.

After 2 years of implementation, the Standing Committee of Thu Duc City Party Committee has directed the organization to study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in accordance with the actual situation, with many models and methods that are rich and creative. In particular, many good solution models have created a widespread influence in the area such as the model "4 requests and 4 knowledges" to build the working style of cadres, party members and civil servants of the People's Committee of Tang Nhon Phu A Ward associated with fast and accurate administrative reform to serve the people. In particular, Thu Duc City has promoted the book series “Echoes of the Country”, introduced articles in the magazine “Writing on Faith”, short films “Bright examples around us”; examples of “Residential Party cell secretaries, exemplary Party members”…

Up to now, Thu Duc City has built and launched 254 Ho Chi Minh Cultural Spaces.

Speaking at the conference, Permanent Deputy Secretary and Chairman of Thu Duc City People's Council Nguyen Phuoc Hung commented that studying and following Uncle Ho's teachings in recent times in Thu Duc City has achieved many results, spreading to cadres, party members and people.

Deputy Secretary of Thu Duc City Party Committee Nguyen Phuoc Hung congratulated individuals and groups receiving commendation and awards at the Ho Chi Minh City level.

Promoting the achieved results, he requested that Party committees and authorities at all levels need to determine ethical standards for civil servants and public employees of agencies and units, as a set of criteria to evaluate and analyze the quality of grassroots party organizations and party members annually.

Comrade Nguyen Phuoc Hung also requested Party committees, Party organizations, the Fatherland Front and mass organizations to continue focusing on building the Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space associated with preserving and promoting the cultural characteristics of Thu Duc city in the period of 2022 - 2025. At the same time, promote the value of historical - cultural relics, cultural and educational institutions in the city associated with the life and revolutionary career of President Ho Chi Minh; soon inaugurate and put into operation the Thu Duc City Book Street; promote and develop reading culture in the area.

On this occasion, 6 collectives and 7 individuals were commended at the Ho Chi Minh City level. In addition, the Thu Duc City Party Committee commended 207 collectives and individuals with achievements in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in the 2022-2023 period at the Thu Duc City level.
