Ben Cat City: 57 investment projects attracted in the first quarter of 2025

The report at the conference said that in the first quarter of 2025, the City People's Committee focused on disbursing public investment from the beginning of the year with a total capital of more than 765 billion VND; attracted 57 investment projects, bringing the total number of projects in the city to 7,377 projects; resolved procedures for establishment and operation of business households for 1,165 records.

The city continues to direct localities to step up propaganda and mobilize organizations, businesses and people to join hands in implementing the Project to invest in upgrading red gravel and dirt roads in the city by 2030, according to the policy of "The State and people work together".

In the first quarter, the city has socialized 7 routes with a length of more than 8km, with a total investment mobilization cost of about 7.9 billion VND, contributing to increasing the total number of socialized routes to 88 routes, with a total length of about 26km, and an investment mobilization cost of about 50 billion VND.

In addition, the city focused on implementing compensation and site clearance for key projects in the city, thereby compensating 1,409 files of 2 projects with a total amount of more than 1,872 billion VND. The city also focused on caring for policy families and meritorious people; health and education were invested; political security, social order and safety were maintained and stabilized.

The conference approved the Draft Proposal to adjust the budget estimates of city agencies, units and People's Committees of communes and wards in 2025; Draft Proposal to adjust the Medium-term Public Investment Plan for the period 2021 - 2025 (7th time); Proposal to adjust the Public Investment Plan in 2025; Documents and draft Decision on approving the abridged detailed planning project (master plan) at a scale of 1/500 of Nam Nghinh Phong Residential Area, Hoa Loi Ward; Draft Plan to adjust and supplement a number of contents of Plan No. 71/KH-UBND dated April 3, 2024 of the City People's Committee on overcoming and renovating spontaneous housing areas and points in the city; Draft Plan to order vocational training at elementary level, training under 3 months in the city in 2025.
