Deputy Director - Editor-in-Chief of Tre Publishing House Nguyen Thanh Nam was born on May 9, 1979 in Ben Tre, graduated with a master's degree in business administration. He has worked as an editor, deputy head of the topic exploitation and copyright transaction department, head of the topic exploitation and copyright transaction department and is currently holding the position of Deputy Director in charge of the topic exploitation and copyright transaction department, Editor-in-Chief of Tre Publishing House since June 2022.

The sudden passing of Nguyen Thanh Nam at the end of the year left many people shocked and saddened.

Poet Le Minh Quoc, who has many books published at Tre Publishing House and has had the opportunity to meet and be close to Nguyen Thanh Nam, said he always sees Nam as a sincere younger brother. "Nam has a lovely and approachable personality. Sometimes when we have coffee together, the conversation still revolves around books - a topic that he is always interested in," he said.

Saying goodbye to a friend - a brother who loved books, devoted his life to books, poet Le Minh Quoc hastily wrote a few farewell lines: "The manuscripts, the books are still waiting for you/Now, the cold wind blows by/Still warm in memory? The seeds you sowed reach every home...".

The coffin of Deputy Director - Editor-in-Chief of Tre Publishing House Nguyen Thanh Nam was laid to rest at his private home: 262 Hamlet 1A, Tan Trach Commune, Tan Trach Commune - Can Duoc District (Long An).

The coffin was then buried in his hometown.
