On December 6, speaking to the press, Mr. Le Van Thanh, father of LVGN female student (the female student who was beaten by a group), residing in Thanh Son village, Trung Chinh commune, Nong Cong district (Thanh Hoa), said that the family had just received a notice from Nong Cong district police about the conclusion of the examination of the injuries on N's body.
Accordingly, based on the conclusion of the forensic examination No. 7977 (dated November 22, 2024) of the Institute of Criminal Science, Ministry of Public Security on the bodily injury in the case of "intentional infliction of injury", which occurred on October 5, 2024 in Thai Son village, Tan Phuc commune, Nong Cong district, the total percentage of bodily injury of LVGN at the time of the examination was 23%.

Mr. Le Van Thanh added that it has been 2 months since his daughter was beaten by a group of students. Her health is still weak, her neck needs to be immobilized and she cannot walk normally yet. Her parents must support her in all her activities.
Previously, Tien Phong newspaper reported that on October 4, a female student of class 10A6, Nong Cong 2 High School, Nong Cong District (Thanh Hoa) was walking home from school when she saw a female student of class 10A5 walking behind her talking and laughing with another friend. The female student of class 10A6 thought that her friend was talking badly about her, leading to an argument.
On the afternoon of October 5, after school, the two female students continued to argue and fight. Afterwards, the school security broke up the fight and the students left. However, when they arrived at Tan Phuc commune, Nong Cong district, the students continued to argue, leading to a fight.
As a result, an 11th grade female student (when she intervened to stop a group of friends from fighting) was "beaten up" and seriously injured, and had to be transferred to Viet Duc Hospital for treatment.
After the incident, Nong Cong 2 High School decided to suspend 3 students who directly participated in the beating.
