YouTube's new feature appeals to music lovers

About a year after it began testing its AI-powered music creation feature Dream Tracks, YouTube is now rolling out a brand new feature called Music Assistant.

Unlike Dream Tracks which focuses on creating short pieces of music, Music Assistant is designed to help create background music for long YouTube videos.

Music Assistant will help users easily create instrumental background music with just simple commands, allowing for detailed customization from music genre, instruments used, mood to purpose of use in the video. According to analysts, this move will help creators better control the quality and color of music for their content.

YouTube also offers some sample suggestions like: "Soft and peaceful music with acoustic guitar and soft piano" or "Upbeat, lively music, suitable for dancing".

After entering the command, the AI ​​will generate a variety of options for the user to choose from. All of these tracks are licensed for free use, without any copyright issues, which has been an important issue for many creators on this video platform over the years.
