The cooperation agreement between the Provincial Youth Union and BIDV Ha Tinh for the period 2023 - 2025 focuses on key contents of digital transformation, youth startups and social security activities.

On the afternoon of August 22, Ha Tinh Provincial Youth Union and Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) Ha Tinh branch held a signing ceremony for cooperation for the period 2023 - 2025.

Also attending were leaders of a number of provincial departments and organizations.

The cooperation agreement between the Provincial Youth Union and BIDV Ha Tinh aims to support young people in implementing digital transformation activities according to the National Digital Transformation Program; increase resources in supporting the organization of contents, programs, activities, and events for union members and young people and improve operational efficiency, while promoting the social responsibility of the parties through sending personnel to participate in each other's activities, thereby helping to develop the brand, image and performance of the two parties.

The key cooperation contents between the Provincial Youth Union and BIDV include: Coordinating the implementation of the youth development strategy for the period 2023 - 2025, focusing on spreading the pioneering and leading spirit of young people in participating in digital transformation according to the National Digital Transformation Program.

Coordinate training activities, experience, and improve knowledge and qualifications for all Vietnamese youth union members in many fields and professions on the importance of proactively improving digital capacity in the digital economy and digital society according to the operational orientation of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.

Every year, coordinate to organize experience programs for union members such as: Organizing career counseling days, start-up counseling and youth start-up journey; educating on smart financial management orientation in the digital economy; organizing consulting and support seminars for students planning to study abroad; introducing recruitment for students who are good at technology to study and work/receive student internships at BIDV.

Every year, BIDV accompanies the Provincial Youth Union to organize social security activities and sponsor awards for outstanding individuals for typical activities, especially in digital transformation. Coordinate to promote digital transformation in the financial and banking sector for union members and youth, implement activities to improve skills in using and applying digital in the banking sector for union members and youth to promote cashless spending. This is a program jointly implemented by the Central Youth Union and BIDV Vietnam to all provincial and municipal youth unions and BIDV systems in provinces and cities across the country.
