The billionaire also said xAI has released its first AI model, a bot called Grok, after making it available to all X Premium+ subscribers, according to Reuters.
The xAI startup aims to create AI tools that "assist humanity in its quest for understanding and knowledge," and Grok has been designed to answer questions in a humorous way.

Musk, who has criticized big tech companies' AI efforts as censorship-ridden, launched xAI in July. He calls it a "maximum truth-seeking AI" that attempts to understand the nature of the universe to compete with Google's Bard and Microsoft-owned Bing AI.
“Grok has access to real-time information through the X platform, which is a huge advantage over other models,” Musk added.
X, the social media company formerly known as Twitter owned by Musk, is separate from xAI, but the two companies work closely together. xAI also partners with Musk's electric carmaker Tesla and other companies.
Last week, billionaire Musk told British Chancellor Rishi Sunak that he thought AI was “the most disruptive force in history.” At the first global AI Safety Summit in Bletchley Park, UK, Musk said that AI technology will be able to “do everything” and make jobs as we know them a thing of the past.
In 2015, Musk co-founded OpenAI, the company behind ChatGPT. OpenAI has created a worldwide AI hype. However, the billionaire left OpenAI's board in 2018.
