In the past time, the Provincial People's Council Party Delegation has promoted solidarity, determination, and responsibility, focusing on leading and directing the activities of the Provincial People's Council to well perform the assigned political tasks. The work of propagating, disseminating, concretizing, and implementing resolutions, directives, and conclusions... of the Party Committee has been paid attention to by the Provincial People's Council Party Delegation. The quality of the Provincial People's Council's activities has been constantly improved. Up to now, the Provincial People's Council has organized 19 sessions, including 11 additional sessions, passing 306 resolutions. The sessions have been improved, innovated, and promoted democracy and collective intelligence of the People's Council delegates; the content, order, and procedures have been ensured to be in accordance with legal regulations. The dissemination and implementation of the People's Council's resolutions to the grassroots level have been timely. The Party Delegation has paid special attention to leading the supervision and contact activities of voters... in a comprehensive and in-depth manner, contributing to helping all levels and sectors improve the effectiveness of management and operation of the province's socio-economic development.

At the meeting, delegates exchanged, discussed and clarified the achieved results; existing problems and limitations; proposed solutions to overcome them in the coming time to further improve the leadership of the Party Delegation of the Provincial People's Council.
Concluding the working session, the Provincial Party Secretary highly appreciated the achievements of the Provincial People's Council Party Committee in recent times, contributing significantly to promoting the role of the People's Council in socio-economic development; ensuring national defense and security in the locality. He pointed out the shortcomings and limitations; requested the Provincial People's Council Party Committee to continue reviewing all targets and tasks set out for the term; be proactive, innovative, creative, determined, and make more efforts to overcome limitations, difficulties, and challenges, focus on leadership, direction, and synchronous and drastic implementation of tasks and solutions, and strive to successfully complete assigned tasks.

In which, some important tasks are noted: Promoting the Party building work in terms of politics, ideology, and ethics; continuing to innovate leadership methods, strengthening discipline, order, inspection, supervision, improving leadership capacity and fighting strength in the new period. Focusing on leading innovation in methods, improving the quality and effectiveness of the Provincial People's Council's activities in a practical, comprehensive and synchronous manner; especially the quality of People's Council meetings, questioning and answering questions, issuing resolutions to ensure compliance with the Party's policies and the State's laws, being close to reality, having high feasibility, promoting the role of the People's Council in the socio-economic development of the locality.
