Entering the Vietnamese market, AUX commits that all air conditioner products distributed here are manufactured at AUX's largest factory in Southeast Asia, located in Thailand. At the event, Mr. Miyaba - Vice President of AUX Group, an expert from the Japanese R&D Center emphasized: "To bring high-quality products to Vietnamese customers, AUX has conducted hundreds of market surveys and directly contacted consumers to deeply analyze usage needs. In addition, he also introduced AUX's breakthrough innovations such as Golden Fin technology, with a double-sided anti-corrosion coating on the heat exchanger, which helps protect the condenser from the harsh effects of sunlight, significantly increasing its corrosion resistance. In addition, AUX also upgraded the control system, optimizing water resistance, insect resistance, and dust resistance, thereby significantly increasing product life. In the near future, AUX will introduce the high-end brand Shinflow and its accompanying product lines, promising to bring high-class experiences to Vietnamese consumers.
In order to improve after-sales service and protect the interests of Vietnamese customers, AUX implements a "1 for 1 exchange within 365 days" policy. Accordingly, in 2025, customers who purchase eligible AUX air conditioner products will be able to exchange them for free if the product has quality problems due to component or technical errors from the manufacturer.
