The industrial - construction sector remains stable; Industrial production value increased by 6.71% over the same period. The tourism industry continued to maintain a good growth rate; tourists reached 6.8 million arrivals, up 12.8% over the same period; of which international visitors reached 396,000 arrivals, up 39.9%.

Mr. Van also raised difficulties and problems and requested the Prime Minister to pay attention to resolving them, such as adjusting the investment policy for the two expressway construction projects of Tan Phu - Bao Loc and Bao Loc - Lien Khuong according to the provisions of Article 18 of the PPP Law in 2020. Consider supporting additional central budget capital of VND 2,410 billion (ensuring no more than 50% of the total investment as prescribed) and allowing the application of the mechanism of sharing the reduced revenue for the Tan Phu - Bao Loc expressway project; supporting additional central budget capital of VND 922 billion for the Bao Loc - Lien Khuong expressway project.

Consider and decide on the form of restriction, prohibition or temporary prohibition of mineral activities for mineral areas with specific characteristics, on the principle of protecting and developing public assets, protecting mineral resources to implement urgent and important projects and works, especially public investment projects; technical infrastructure projects for national and public interests, infrastructure renovation and upgrading projects serving local socio-economic development.

Bao Loc - Lien Khuong Expressway will connect to Lien Khuong - Prenn Expressway, which is the dream of Lam Dong leaders and people.

Specifically, remove existing urban and rural residential areas that overlap provincial planning, urban planning, district planning, etc. to resolve the legitimate rights and interests of people, communities, and related organizations.

"Lam Dong province is requested to quickly stabilize the situation, unite in the Standing Committee, spread to the Executive Committee and spread to the whole society to have unity in the Party and among the people to complete the task of rapid and sustainable development", the Prime Minister emphasized. According to the Prime Minister, Lam Dong needs to identify regional connectivity as very important, taking the human factor as the center. Lam Dong has 3 breakthroughs for development. Firstly, focus on developing science and technology, applying the achievements of the 4.0 revolution; applying science and technology in the service and agricultural sectors. Second, develop digital economy, green economy, circular economy, sharing economy, develop entertainment industry, night economy. Third, spend time studying policy mechanisms to mobilize social resources, businesses and people to invest in transport infrastructure, health, education, sports... At the end of the conference, the Prime Minister assigned Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha to chair a meeting with relevant agencies, ministries and Lam Dong province to discuss and resolve problems regarding the two expressway projects and Mineral Planning 866 to have a report to the Prime Minister for resolution before September 15. "The law is stuck, it must be amended, Lam Dong cannot do it, so it reports to the Prime Minister, now saying Lam Dong must follow the law is not good", the Prime Minister directed.

During his working trip to Lam Dong province, on the morning of August 25, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and the Central Working Delegation visited and presented gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mother Tran Thi Thung in Ward 9, Da Lat City. Mother Tran Thi Thung is 88 years old this year, has a husband and a son who are martyrs, and is currently living with her son. The Prime Minister expressed his deep gratitude for the sacrifices and contributions of Mother Thung and her family to the country's revolutionary cause.
