Announcing the biggest race for students S-Race 2025

According to the Organizing Committee, this year with the new name "S-Race Student Running", S-Race focuses on the age group that is starting to form the habit of exercise and awareness of physical training. Accordingly, S-Race expands the participants, dedicating 2 competition events to primary school students.

S-Race Ha Tinh will take place on March 29 at Tran Phu Square (Ha Tinh City), opening the 2025 season, gathering more than 10,000 athletes. Of which, 4,200 athletes will participate in the live event and more than 6,000 athletes will participate in the response event in all 11 districts and towns of Ha Tinh province.

S-Race Ha Tinh has competition events with distances from 1 km to 3 km, divided into 3 age groups: primary school students (6 - 11 years old); secondary school students (11 - 15 years old); high school students (15 - 18 years old).

The Organizing Committee awarded individual prizes from first to tenth place based on the finishing achievements of each athlete in 6 competitions; 3 collective prizes (corresponding to 3 levels of education) for the unit with the most participating athletes. The total value of the S-Race Ha Tinh prize is 132 million VND.

In addition to the official competition contents, S-Race Ha Tinh also had the participation of 1,400 teachers, parents, primary school students, and secondary school students in the S-Race Family and S-Race School running activities.

This year, S-Race expanded its participants, offering 2 competition categories for primary school students.

S-Race Ha Tinh is also the launching point for the S-Race Family Online online running challenge exclusively for students and families, taking place simultaneously nationwide from April 6 to May 5. Throughout the 30 days, S-Race Family Online will contribute to building exercise habits, connecting parents and children, inspiring the community and millions of Vietnamese families.

In the individual event, the challenge is divided by grade level: 30 km for junior high school boys and junior high school girls; 45 km for senior high school boys and junior high school girls. In the group event, athletes can participate in 75 km events with primary and junior high school family groups; 100 km with high school family groups. S-Race Family Online opens registration from March 20, 2025 on the vRace app.

In 2024, with the participation of 112,367 students, parents and teachers in activities, and the response of 63/63 provinces and cities, S-Race officially set the record "School race in live and online form with the largest number of athletes participating in the world".

This is the first time a Vietnamese school sports race has achieved a world record, marking the rise of the young generation of Vietnam on the journey to realize the aspiration "For Vietnamese stature".
