Faced with the current situation of some electric vehicles stopping, parking, picking up and dropping off passengers in violation of regulations, running on the wrong pilot route, soliciting and competing for customers, some restaurants paying percentages to drivers, selling goods at prices other than listed prices... causing negative impacts on the image of Sa Pa tourism, the People's Committee of Sa Pa town plans to post the "5 no's" on electric vehicles in operation and business establishments in the area.

Accordingly, the "5 no's" for electric vehicles include:
Do not drive on the wrong road or wrong pilot route;
Do not stop, park, or pick up or drop off passengers in violation of regulations;
No soliciting or fighting for customers;
No percentage of service businesses;
Do not charge fees other than the listed rates.

The “5 no’s” for service businesses include: No percentages for electric car, taxi, or motorbike taxi drivers; no selling goods or services prohibited by law; no selling poor quality goods or services; no selling goods or services with incorrect listed prices; no selling goods or services that have not been registered for business.
