Surveys at Division 308, Division 312, Brigade 368, Technical Department, General Staff (Corps 1) show that: Party committees and commanders of agencies and units have promoted emulation to strictly implement the dissemination of resolutions and directives of superiors to cadres and soldiers; themes, purposes, requirements, and contents of the 2023 International Movement; completed the basic political education program, dissemination and legal education content for subjects according to plan... Thereby, contributing to raising awareness, consciousness, and responsibility of each cadre and soldier in performing tasks, especially sudden, difficult, and complicated tasks. This is a solid foundation, strongly promoting the International Movement in Corps 1 to develop comprehensively, firmly, and achieve practical results.

To concretize the emulation movement in line with the unit's situation, the Party Committee of Division 308 focused on directing the emulation movement to the implementation of training tasks and strictly implementing the "3 essentials" (essential training, essential learning and essential testing and evaluation); organizing training closely, correctly and sufficiently in content, program and time; closely combining synchronous and specialized training, traditional and modern fighting methods, in accordance with the organization, weapons and equipment of the unit. Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Hai Anh, Division Commander of Division 308 said: "The effectiveness of directing emulation movements to the training tasks and combat readiness is clearly demonstrated through the training results of the unit in the first 6 months of the year. According to the inspection results, 100% of the content of the subjects met the requirements, 80.5% were good and excellent; the unit ensured absolute safety in all aspects".

Responding to the 2023 International Youth Movement, the mass organizations of the 1st Corps have creatively applied many practical and effective measures. At Battalion 879, Technical Department, people often mention Team 2 - the shock worker team, the spearhead worker team, belonging to the Motorcycle Repair Company. In the first 6 months of 2023, Team 2 completed major repairs on 4 vehicles; repaired 3 motorcycles in preparation for the army's excellent motorcycle competition. "To complete the tasks assigned by superiors, the members of the team always encourage each other to uphold their sense of responsibility, research, and find technical solutions to fix motorcycle damage. Implementing the TDQT Movement, units of the 1st Corps built many practical and effective models that were widely replicated such as: "Share one good piece of information every day, one good article every week", "Excellent training crew" of Regiment 102, Division 308; "Standard three-way watchtower" of the General Staff, Division 308; "Self-managed youth technical day", "Learning crew" of Brigade 202; "Assault worker team, spearhead worker team" of Battalion 879, Technical Department; "Excellent training team" of Brigade 368; "Model combat readiness crew" of Battalion 702, General Staff...

Along with that, the commendation work is always focused on by the Party Committees and commanders of agencies and units in the entire Corps. Colonel Truong Hoai Nam, Political Commissar of Brigade 368 said: "The unit always focuses on the commendation evaluation with the motto: Accurate, public, fair, timely, correct subjects, standards, processes, and procedures. The achievements of the unit and individuals are rewarded accordingly, commensurate with the level of contribution and dedication".

Studying at units of the 1st Corps, we found that Party committees and commanders at all levels always closely follow movements and emulation campaigns, taking the results of participation in emulation movements, results of performing political tasks, and professional tasks as the basis for considering rewards. Focusing on rewarding collectives and individuals directly performing tasks; promptly rewarding outstanding achievements, typical advances, good people, good deeds. Thereby, contributing to encouraging and motivating officers, employees, and soldiers in the entire Corps to promote a sense of responsibility and excellently complete their tasks.
