In recent times, the Party Committee and Command of Squadron 32 have focused on leading, directing and implementing all aspects of work synchronously and comprehensively, with special attention paid to the task of training and advisory.

Colonel Dao Ba Viet , Deputy Chief of Staff of Vietnam Coast Guard, gave a speech directing the inspection.

The unit has organized more than 320 hours of specialized training for officers and soldiers; drafted 247 sets of lesson plans, ensuring they are close to the actual tasks and in accordance with the specialized classification; renewed 5 training aid models; repaired 11 existing training aid models, added many vivid pictures and visual documents; maintained good discipline and training regime, organized inspections and quality assessments in accordance with the above instructions.

The results of the on-site inspection showed that the 32nd Naval Division had implemented the training contents according to plan, closely following the requirements and assigned tasks, and had many innovations in training organization methods. The training contents were scientifically guaranteed, highly practical, closely following the characteristics of operations at sea, helping to improve the professional skills and combat readiness of the troops.

Practice checking books and training curriculum.

In the face of many difficulties such as: dispersed stationing, often having to carry out missions at sea for long periods, harsh weather... the unit still proactively overcomes to complete its tasks well. In addition, the 32nd Naval Division especially attaches importance to Party work and political work, contributing to improving the spirit, determination and political capacity of officers and soldiers. Strengthening the management and training of Party members, upholding the principles of Party activities; grasping, managing and orienting the ideology of officers and soldiers, promptly resolving arising issues; promoting propaganda and political education, especially the contents on the task of protecting sovereignty over seas and islands in the new situation.

Concluding the inspection, Colonel Dao Ba Viet acknowledged and commended the efforts of the officers and soldiers of the 32nd Naval Division and suggested that the unit continue to improve the quality of staff work for leaders, commanders and guidance, and assist subordinate units in comprehensively and in-depth implementation of all aspects of work; promote in-depth training, focusing on specialized fields according to decentralization, close to the actual tasks of the unit...
