At the same time, deploy the establishment, appraisal and approval of construction planning and determine the boundaries and location of Hanoi High-Tech Biotechnology Park, ensuring consistency with the location and scale of the prescribed area.
Develop a plan to organize units under the Hanoi People's Committee to perform the functions of the Hanoi High-Tech Biotechnology Park Management Board and submit it to competent authorities for approval, ensuring the principles of streamlining, effectiveness and efficiency.
Previously, in 2017, the Hanoi High-Tech Biotechnology Park project was approved by the Prime Minister in Document No. 612/TTg-QHQT dated May 17, 2017; Hanoi People's Committee granted the first Investment Certificate on March 12, 2008; the project implementation location is in the wards: Tay Tuu, Lien Mac, Minh Khai, Thuy Phuong, Co Nhue 2.
