Workers' Month 2025: Workers' Day

These are the programs to launch the Workers' Month and the Month of Action on Occupational Safety and Hygiene in 2025; the forum "Party with Workers - Workers with the Party", praising "Good examples of workers studying and following Uncle Ho's teachings" in 2025 and the program "Promoting innovation - Creating the future", "Honoring good workers, creative workers"; the model "Your Health" in 2025, examining and consulting on reproductive health for female union members and workers; building a communication video clip on the theme "Thank you workers"; coordinating the organization of a photo contest on the theme "Beauty of trade unions and workers" in 2025.

The Provincial Federation of Labor gives gifts to workers at the launching ceremony of Workers' Month 2024.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor requested that the organization of Workers' Month should be associated with the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) and the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of Binh Thuan (April 19, 1975 - April 19, 2025), the 139th anniversary of International Labor Day (May 1, 1886 - May 1, 2025) and the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2025), activities to welcome Party congresses at all levels and the Month of Action on occupational safety and hygiene (OSH) in 2025. At the same time, at least 35% of grassroots trade unions in administrative agencies, public service units and 100% of grassroots trade unions in enterprises with 20 or more employees must organize at least 1 appropriate activity. Workers expressed their opinions and suggestions to provincial National Assembly delegates in the 2024 voter meeting.

The activities are expected to take place throughout April and May. This is an opportunity to honor the great contributions of the working class, affirming the leading role of workers in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland. At the same time, it aims to raise awareness and responsibility of the whole society in caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests, improving the living and working conditions of workers. As well as encouraging workers to actively study, improve their qualifications and skills, change careers, access modern labor trends, adapt to the context of international integration and prepare for the new development stage of the country.
