Speaking after a visit to learn about the world record farm cluster of TH true MILK in Nghe An, planning officials of the 14th Party Central Committee recognized TH Group as a typical example of high-tech agricultural production and implementation of green economy and circular economy.

On August 15, within the framework of a research and field survey trip in Nghe An province, members of the Training and Updating of Knowledge and Skills for Planning Officers of the 14th Party Central Committee visited the TH Group's dairy farming and high-tech milk processing project in Nghia Dan, a western district of Nghe An . The delegation visited typical destinations in the green, closed, and circular production chain of the TH true MILK fresh milk project, including: high-tech fields in Dong Hieu, dairy farm No. 3 and automatic milking line, fresh milk factory, Nui Tien Pure Water, Herbs and Fruit Factory, and waste treatment area. “Visiting TH today, the delegation will see the closed production process from growing raw materials, raising dairy cows using high technology. And TH also carries out many complex processes to treat wastewater, process by-products, and waste into fertilizer. Nghe An province identifies the current trend as green economy, circular economy, knowledge economy, to both promote agricultural economy and ensure environmental protection. And TH Group has done very well in this direction,” Mr. Hoang Nghia Hieu shared. A notable destination for many members of the delegation is the wastewater treatment plant. Starting from the field to the farm and then back to the field, one of the most typical and impressive cycles at TH is completed with the most important intermediate step carried out at this factory. Mr. Pham Vinh Son, Director of Maintenance Department of TH Milk Food Joint Stock Company, General Director of Green Fertilizer Technology Joint Stock Company (GFT) introduced that the wastewater treatment system that the delegation visited is one of the wastewater treatment systems serving exclusively for about 22,000 dairy cows of Cluster 1, with a capacity of 2,500m3/day and night, applying Dutch technology and constructed by reputable general contractor Koastal-Singapore. The treated wastewater meets the standard QCVN 62-MT:2016BTNMT, column B. The system operates continuously 24/7 and 365 days/year, continuously and automatically monitors data online to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment. With three farm clusters (total of 9 farms), each cluster has its own wastewater treatment system, ensuring that the treated water meets the discharge standards according to the regulations of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.

Taking advantage of activated biological sludge from wastewater treatment systems as well as waste and organic by-products from farms, TH is the pioneer farm chain in Vietnam to invest in building organic fertilizer factories to thoroughly handle environmental pollution risks, while turning waste into valuable resources, strongly implementing a circular economy. Actively contributing to the country's development In addition to circular models, the world's leading technologies applied at the farm and TH factory also impressed the visiting delegation. At the farm, we can mention the world's most advanced Afifarm-Israel herd management process; New Zealand's disease and veterinary management process, clean water treatment process and equipment; wastewater and waste treatment process and equipment from Japan, Israel, and the Netherlands; closed automatic milking system… At the factories, there are milk processing lines, beverage production lines imported from advanced countries, and bottle sterilization technology and aseptic filling to ensure food safety. Management activities and production data have been digitized, using artificial intelligence and cloud computing.
