On the evening of February 2 (ie January 5), the Provincial Association for Promotion of Education (HKH) in coordination with the Provincial Radio and Television Station organized the program "Thanh Hoa's Tet Promotion of Education"; awarded scholarships to students with difficult circumstances who strive to excel in their studies; awarded outstanding creative workers and launched the movement "The whole country competes to build a learning society (XHHT), promoting lifelong learning in the period 2023-2030".

The "Tet to encourage learning" program is the opening activity for a series of activities to encourage learning and talent (KH, KT) in 2025 and aims to further promote the KH, KT movement in the whole province, calling on the whole society, especially Thanh Hoa people working in all parts of the country and overseas Vietnamese living abroad to take care of the KH, KT career of the province.

“Tet to encourage learning” is an occasion to honor the contributions of organizations and individuals to the education cause, the cause of encouraging learning in the province, the development of the homeland; to reward and encourage students who have overcome difficulties to excel in their studies, students who have achieved excellent results in studying and training, and exemplary creative workers.
This is also an opportunity for those who promote learning, organizations and individuals who have contributed to scientific and technological activities, students who have overcome difficulties to excel, and outstanding workers to exchange and share their experiences, thoughts and aspirations, and express their determination to join hands and unite for the development of their homeland and country.
Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Dau Thanh Tung highlighted the achievements in socio-economic development, education, science and technology of the province in 2024. At the same time, he emphasized the role and significance of the "Tet to encourage learning" activity; recognized, commended and congratulated the achievements of the Student Association at all levels in recent years.
The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that Party committees, authorities, socio-political organizations, and professional organizations continue to pay attention to leading, directing, and creating conditions for the Scientific and Technological Associations at all levels in the province to effectively carry out their assigned tasks. Scientific and Technological Associations at all levels in the province continue to promote their core role, proactively and actively coordinate with the education sector, relevant agencies and units to advise Party committees and authorities to effectively carry out the Party and State's policies on scientific and technological work and building a cooperative society.
At the same time, calling on all levels, sectors, unions, socio-economic organizations, enterprises, businessmen, Thanh Hoa natives living and working in all regions of the country and abroad, together with all ethnic people in the province, with affection and responsibility, to continue to actively contribute to the movement of building a learning society, lifelong learning, building learning models in the province; building a sustainable development science and technology fund, with a large fund base to increase the fund source to encourage and practically help all talents at all levels, fields of study, throughout the regions and areas in the province.
The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee hopes that each teacher will constantly promote the awareness of cultivating morality - cultivating talent, enthusiasm, loving the profession - loving people; constantly studying, improving professional qualifications; actively applying science - technology and always having an open, dynamic, creative, flexible perspective and viewpoint on new approaches in teaching and learning, bringing a new vitality with high persuasiveness in each lecture, all for beloved students, for the noble cause of education.
