Leaders of the City Fatherland Front Committee, the City Military Command, Can Tho City Youth Union, the City Women's Union and O Mon District presented 50 gifts to policy families, each worth 500,000 VND; presented 20 scholarships (each worth 1 million VND) and presented 15 bicycles (each worth 1.6 million VND) to poor Khmer ethnic students with good academic performance.

►On the same day, a working delegation of leaders of Ninh Kieu district and Thoi Binh ward, led by Mr. Le Van Day, member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ninh Kieu district, came to congratulate the traditional Chol Chnam Thmay New Year 2025 on dignitaries, monks, Achar, Board of Directors and Khmer people at Muni Rangsay Pagoda and Pitu Khosa Rangsay Pagoda.
At the destinations, Mr. Le Van Day wished the dignitaries, monks, Achar, the Board of Directors of the pagodas and the Khmer people a joyful and warm traditional Chol Chnam Thmay. The dignitaries expressed their excitement at the attention and care of the Party and State for the Khmer people and said that they will continue to encourage the Khmer people to well implement the Party's policies and the State's laws... to build their homeland to develop more and more.

► Also on April 10, the People's Committee of Thoi Lai district organized a meeting to celebrate Chol Chnam Thmay New Year 2025, with the participation of retired cadres, cadres, civil servants and public employees of Khmer ethnic group working in the area.
At the meeting, the district leaders acknowledged and commended the contributions of retired cadres, cadres, civil servants and public employees of the Khmer ethnic group working in the area and hoped that this group would continue to promote the tradition of great national unity, well implement the Party's guidelines and policies and laws of the State; raise vigilance, fight against the "peaceful evolution" plot of hostile forces, contribute to maintaining security, politics, social order and safety in the locality...

On this occasion, the District People's Committee presented 75 gifts, each worth 500,000 VND, to retired cadres, civil servants and public employees of Khmer ethnicity working in the area.
►On April 10, a delegation of officials from the District Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Cai Rang District, led by Mr. Dang Van Chau, Chairman of the District Fatherland Front Committee, visited, congratulated and presented gifts to 10 near-poor households in Le Binh, Ba Lang and Thuong Thanh wards, on the occasion of the traditional Chol Chnam Thmay New Year of the Khmer people.
At the destinations, the delegation representatives informed about the socio-economic development of the district; praised and acknowledged the contributions of the Khmer people to the common development. Mr. Dang Van Chau wished families a happy, safe and economical Chol Chnam Thmay traditional New Year.
On this occasion, each family received a cash gift worth 500,000 VND (from the District's Fund for the Poor).
