In particular, with the spirit of breakthrough, the City has carried out many important strategic and long-term tasks, creating the premise for the development of the Capital in the coming period. In particular, the City has been quickly putting the Capital Law 2024 into practice; implementing the tasks set out after adjusting the Master Plan for the Capital Construction to 2045, with a vision to 2065; the Hanoi Capital Planning Project for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050 was approved. These are very important steps to realize the vision and aspiration for the development of the Capital in a new development period.

Unblocking and effectively using public investment resources: developing progress plans, disbursing monthly and project-by-project right from the beginning of the year, striving to disburse over 95% of the 2025 public investment plan. At the same time, strongly reforming administrative procedures, improving the investment and business environment; removing bottlenecks, difficulties and obstacles, promoting production and business; improving the rankings of provincial competitiveness indexes and other important indexes reflecting governance capacity and administrative reform...
