Colonel Tran Van Duong, Deputy Director of Can Tho City Police, was transferred and appointed by the Ministry of Public Security as Director of Soc Trang Province Police.
On January 21, at Soc Trang Provincial Police, Major General Dang Hong Duc, Deputy Minister of Public Security, chaired the ceremony to announce the decision of the Minister of Public Security on personnel work.
At the ceremony, authorized by the Minister of Public Security, the leader of the Department of Organization and Personnel of the Ministry of Public Security announced the decision to transfer and appoint Colonel Tran Van Duong (52 years old), Deputy Director of Can Tho City Police to take up the task and hold the position of Director of Soc Trang Provincial Police.
Deputy Minister Dang Hong Duc affirmed that this is the trust and recognition of the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security for the efforts and dedication in the career of Colonel Tran Van Duong. At the same time, he hopes that after receiving the new task and responsibility, Colonel Duong will continue to promote his sense of responsibility, qualities, capacity and work experience.
