Temporarily suspend the meeting to elect an additional chairman of a district in Dak Lak

(Dan Tri) - The People's Council of Ea H'leo district (Dak Lak province) has announced the temporary suspension of the meeting related to the dismissal and election of an additional chairman of this district.

On the evening of March 18, a source of Dan Tri reporter confirmed that the People's Council of Ea H'leo district issued a notice on the temporary suspension of the 6th thematic session of the 10th term, 2021-2026 term until further notice.

According to the announcement, the Standing Committee of the Ea H'leo District Party Committee issued a document on March 18 requesting to suspend the meeting. Therefore, the Ea H'leo District People's Council informs agencies, units, localities and delegates about the suspension of this meeting.

Previously, on March 14, the People's Council of Ea H'leo district sent an invitation to organize the 6th thematic meeting, scheduled to take place on the afternoon of March 20.

This session is expected to dismiss Mr. Nguyen Van Ha from the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Ea H'leo district for the 2021-2026 term and elect an additional position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Ea H'leo district for the 2021-2026 term.

As reported by Dan Tri , the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee has sent a report to the Central Organizing Committee on the election of Mr. Nguyen Van Toan, currently Deputy Secretary of the Ea H'leo District Party Committee, to the position of Chairman of the Ea H'leo District People's Committee.

According to the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee, the documents and policies on approving Mr. Nguyen Van Ha to hold the position of Ea H'leo District Party Committee Secretary and transferring Mr. Nguyen Van Toan were available before March 7. However, the unit still reported to the Central Organizing Committee.

Before being appointed as Deputy Secretary of Ea H'leo district, Mr. Nguyen Van Toan was Deputy Head of the Culture - Social Committee of the People's Council of Dak Lak province.
