Through the exercise, the ability and working methods of the commanders, agencies and units in the transition to combat readiness are improved; the application of principles and tactical theories of infantry divisions attacking airborne enemies is improved for commanders and agencies at all levels in exercises on maps and in the field. At the same time, through the exercise, it is used as a basis to draw experience and direct the improvement of the quality of drill training and combat readiness for units in the military region's armed forces.

Major General Le Ngoc Hai, Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the Military Region, spoke at the opening ceremony of the exercise.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Major General Le Ngoc Hai requested: The Steering Committee, the Steering Committee and the director need to study and grasp the exercise management plan, the live-fire plan and the documents regulating the transition to combat readiness, exercises, and the principles of infantry divisions attacking airborne enemies to monitor, guide and help the exercise units achieve the set goals and requirements.

Colonel Phan Van Tuan, Commander of Division 305, received orders to switch to combat readiness during the exercise.

Division 305 built a complete system of documents during the exercise. During the exercise, the combat preparation stage must be close to reality. The content must not be prepared in advance, and the exercises must be in accordance with the position and function of each agency.
