On the afternoon of April 14, the Party Cell of the Planning Department, Department of Social Policy, General Department of Politics (GDP) of the Vietnam People's Army held a Congress for the 2025-2027 term. Senior Lieutenant General Le Quang Minh, Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army, Secretary of the Party Committee of the General Department of Politics, a party member of the Party Cell of the Planning Department attended and directed the congress.
