(CLO) On the afternoon of January 23, at Dam Ha District Library, Quang Ninh Provincial Journalists Association, Media Center, Quang Ninh Provincial Library in coordination with Dam Ha District People's Committee organized the Spring Press Festival At Ty 2025.
