Summary of the first 6 months of implementing Project 06/CP

In the first 6 months of the year, propaganda work was carried out in many diverse and rich forms, especially propaganda about the utility of the VNeID application; the benefits of level 1 and level 2 electronic identification accounts. Strengthening guidance for people about the utility of citizen identification cards (CCCD) that have integrated personal information and information related to residence. Improving the quality of administrative procedure settlement at one-stop-shop departments at all levels, thereby having positive changes in the implementation of Project 06/CP in the province. As a result, nearly 89% of records were settled through essential public services, an increase of 15.14% over the same period; the number of online public services in the province was 858, an increase of 26 online public services according to Decision No. 159 of the Provincial People's Committee; 79/79 medical examination and treatment facilities have implemented health insurance examination and treatment using chip-embedded CCCD; Payments were made via non-cash payment methods for 13,616/14,375 social security beneficiaries, reaching 94.72%; the rate of non-cash tuition collection reached 66.2%; 49,424/68,774 VNeID accounts logged into the Provincial Public Service Portal system, reaching 71.86%; 569,540/575,010 people were eligible to be issued CCCD cards, reaching 99%.

Concluding the conference, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the sense of responsibility, efforts, and achievements of departments, branches, and localities in implementing the tasks of Project 06/CP in the past time. Thereby, he requested departments, branches, and localities to continue promoting the role and responsibility of the leaders in directing the implementation of Project 06/CP. Focus on drastically and synchronously implementing solutions to collect CCCD application files, electronic identification, and cleaning up population data to ensure "correct, sufficient, clean, and alive". Mobilize the entire political system to participate, especially the pioneering and exemplary role of cadres, civil servants, public employees, union members, students, and pupils to participate in propagating and popularizing the features of electronic chips attached to CCCD cards and applying VNeID in all areas of social life in the spirit of "going to every alley, knocking on every door, checking every person". Strengthen the implementation of 5 groups of tasks "Legal - Technology infrastructure - Security - Data - Implementation resources" to effectively and consistently implement Project 06/CP. Review 25 models registered for implementation in the province and 43 models according to Official Dispatch No. 4043 of the Working Group implementing Project 06/CP to advise and report to the Provincial People's Committee to adjust in accordance with the actual situation of the locality, paying attention to prioritizing the implementation of free and highly feasible models. At the same time, promote process restructuring, propose integration to provide 100% of online public services under the management functions and settlement authority of agencies, units and localities to meet the requirements on the National Public Service Portal.
