During the spring festival, historical sites, scenic spots, and spiritual tourism in the province attract a large number of tourists to visit, go to festivals, and worship at temples and pagodas. To ensure a healthy and civilized business environment, the Market Management Force has strengthened the inspection and control of prices and quality of goods and services, creating a good impression for people and tourists.

Yen Tu historical relic and scenic area is a famous spiritual tourist destination in Uong Bi city, attracting a large number of tourists from all over the world to visit and worship. From the first day of the Lunar New Year 2025 to now, the relic site has welcomed hundreds of thousands of domestic and foreign tourists to visit, worship Buddha and enjoy spring. It is expected that the number of visitors will continue to increase when the Yen Tu Spring Festival takes place on February 7 (January 10 of the lunar calendar) as well as throughout the first months of the year At Ty.

To ensure safety and create a good impression for people and tourists when visiting and attending the Yen Tu Spring Festival, Market Management Team No. 6 has proactively coordinated with local authorities and related sectors and units to strengthen inspection and control of compliance with legal regulations in commercial business activities of business establishments in the relic site... In particular, focusing on controlling the implementation of price posting and selling at listed prices; checking the origin and source of goods sold at the festival, especially checking the trading of prohibited goods, counterfeit goods, goods that do not ensure quality and food hygiene and safety for food service establishments, children's toys, souvenirs, local products...; not allowing price increases or price gouging to occur to ensure market stability and protect consumer rights during the festival season.

Mr. Le Huu Binh, business owner at Lang Nuong, Yen Tu scenic relic site, said: We trade in medicines and medicinal herbs in Yen Tu. All medicinal products here are personally selected and prepared by me, ensuring clear origin and publicly listed prices. At the same time, all products are certified to be safe to use. We commit to transparency and civility in trading; not to exchange or mix poor quality products to sell to tourists and will do a good job of observing and reporting illegal trading activities to the authorities to create transparency and safety for people to come to buy goods and enjoy the spring in Yen Tu.

Mr. Nguyen Dinh Tam, Deputy Head of Market Management Team No. 6, said: From the beginning of 2025, the Team has coordinated with the City Health Department, Yen Tu Relic Management Board, Tung Lam Development Joint Stock Company... to strengthen propaganda work to all business households in Yen Tu area to strictly implement trading and business in accordance with the law. In particular, at the beginning of the year before the festival took place, the Team conducted propaganda on the law in commercial business to all business households. Along with that, strengthen coordination with functional forces to regularly monitor daily business activities in the area to detect and strictly handle violations to ensure safety for people and tourists.

Market Management Team No. 4, Provincial Market Management Department has strengthened inspection and control of business and trading activities in the Cua Ong - Cap Tien temple area.

At the beginning of the year, spiritual tourism localities in the province have attracted a large number of tourists from all over the country to visit, experience and worship. To ensure market stability, the provincial Market Management Department has directed local Market Management teams to step up the implementation of the peak plan to combat smuggling, trade fraud and counterfeit goods before, during and after the Lunar New Year 2025. At the same time, proactively arrange forces, strengthen coordination, and launch inspection and supervision work, including stepping up inspections based on feedback and complaints from people and tourists, promptly detecting and strictly handling violations in business and trading at spiritual tourism sites and festivals.

Thanks to regular inspection, supervision and reminders right from the first days of the new year, trading and business activities at historical sites, scenic spots and spiritual tourism sites in the province have been organized, ensuring regulations on goods, no cases of price gouging or price inflation; the market situation and quality of goods are always guaranteed, with clear origins, bringing peace of mind and good impressions to tourists. Ms. Doan Van Anh, a tourist from Vinh Phuc, said: On the first day of spring, my family chose to make a pilgrimage to Cua Ong - Cap Tien temple to pray for peace, luck and spring. Not only is it a sacred place, I see that this place also has many delicious and typical products and foods suitable for buying as gifts. The products are all publicly listed in price, rich and diverse to choose from and the sellers are all very happy and enthusiastic.
