These properties include factories, warehouses, plants, distribution centers, industrial infrastructure and land with potential for industrial development in Economic Zones, Industrial Parks, Industrial Clusters, Export Processing Zones, High-Tech Parks...
According to the planning of provinces and cities across the country, by 2030, Vietnam will have 558 industrial parks with a total land area of 205,800 hectares and 1,500 industrial clusters, with a total area of about 50,000 hectares. It is forecasted that by 2050, the land area of industrial parks and clusters nationwide will be at 300-350,000 hectares, not including the area of nearly 50 economic zones.
The general goal of industrialization and modernization by 2030 of our country is: To complete the criteria of an industrialized country, to become a developing country with modern industry. The Resolution of the 13th National Congress clearly states: "Continue to promote industrialization and modernization based on the foundation of science, technology, and innovation".
Industrial real estate plays an important role in supporting the production and distribution of goods, providing space and infrastructure for industrial enterprises, contributing to economic growth and social development. It shows that the industrial real estate segment has been, is and will be growing strongly in the future.
In response to the country's development needs and the aspirations of a large community of businesses, organizations, and individuals doing business, producing, and working in relation to Economic Zones, Industrial Parks, Industrial Clusters, Export Processing Zones, High-Tech Parks... Vietnam Real Estate Association - VNREA has established the Vietnam Industrial Real Estate Association (VIREA).
As expected, the Congress of the Vietnam Industrial Real Estate Association will have the participation of more than 300 delegates, including leaders of central and local agencies, representatives of management boards of economic zones, industrial parks, industrial clusters, export processing zones, high-tech zones... enterprises, investors developing infrastructure of industrial zones and clusters, domestic and international experts related to the field of industrial real estate.
The congress is not only an event to officially launch the Vietnam Industrial Real Estate Association, but also an opportunity for investors, experts, and leaders of enterprises developing industrial park infrastructure to meet, connect, share information, exchange, contribute ideas and propose creative solutions to promote the development of the industrial real estate market.
It is known that the Vietnam Industrial Real Estate Association is a social-professional organization of enterprises investing in developing infrastructure of industrial parks, industrial clusters and enterprises investing in production and trading of other industrial real estate products inside and outside industrial parks, industrial clusters, logistics... and financial support organizations related to industrial real estate of all economic sectors, contributing to the sustainable development of the real estate and industrial sectors, promoting the cause of industrialization, modernization of the country and international integration.
The Vietnam Industrial Real Estate Association was established by the Vietnam Real Estate Association - VNREA with the mission of being a bridge between the State and member enterprises; updating and providing information on policies and laws related to the operations of export processing zones, industrial parks, economic zones, high-tech zones, and industrial clusters to member enterprises.
At the same time, synthesize and reflect the difficulties of enterprises regarding policies, management mechanisms, and operations of industrial parks, industrial clusters, export processing zones, high-tech zones, etc. to competent state management agencies, creating sustainable links between enterprises in industrial parks, industrial clusters, export processing zones, high-tech zones, etc. with central and local management agencies.
In addition, VIRA also has the task of developing cooperative relationships and links with domestic and foreign associations, partners, and financial institutions to create important resources for investors, businesses, and members of the association.
It is a forum for enterprises in export processing zones, industrial parks, economic zones, high-tech zones, etc. and other enterprises investing in and trading in industrial real estate to share and exchange experiences in improving investment efficiency, production and business, contributing opinions on draft laws, decrees and circulars related to mechanisms, policies and proposing solutions for effective development of industrial real estate products.
