After two successful concert nights in Ho Chi Minh City and Hung Yen, the concert “Anh trai vu ngan cong gai” on March 3 and 4 will officially return at The Global City (Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City) on March 22 and 23. Today, the preparations have gradually reached the final stages to be ready for the most “hot” show for the audience.

In terms of scale, the performance experience and service area this time is up to 70,000 m2, of which the stage area is 45,000 m2. Compared to day 2, the stage this time does not have many differences in size and capacity. According to Mr. Nguyen Xuan An, the program's Communications Director, in the next two nights, the audience will once again enjoy the top sound and lighting system. However, this will be a completely new experience as there will be many performances that have never appeared in previous nights.

“Not only that, even the previously performed performances will be “refreshed” with different arrangements, new effects and stage arrangements. In particular, the “talents” will appear in unexpected areas and locations to create a connected musical space, eliminating the distance between artists and audiences,” Communications Director Nguyen Xuan An revealed.

To prepare for the new songs in the two shows, in the past few days, despite the extremely hot weather in Ho Chi Minh City with the highest temperature reaching 36 degrees Celsius, the artists and the program crew still rushed to rehearse to bring a stage that was pleasing to the eyes and ears of the audience.

The rehearsal schedule usually lasts from morning until late at night, but to have perfect performances and avoid unnecessary mistakes, the production team still focuses on running the stage professionally as if it were a real show. Even during the rehearsal, the artists and the director continuously discuss, give feedback, and consider possible stage errors.

Sharing about the rehearsal schedule for the last days, "talented" Kay Tran said: "In the past time, the audience has given a lot of love to the program, the crew and especially the artists. Therefore, despite the harsh weather conditions or the "tight" rehearsal schedule, we still want to dedicate the most perfect performances to those who have always accompanied the production crew and the artists". Meanwhile, singer ST Son Thach also said that, despite having gone through two concert nights, this is the first time that the "Anh trai vu ngan cong gai" stage will have all 33 "talents". Therefore, the artists and crew also want to create surprises to mark this event.

With the desire to “overcome obstacles, overcome oneself”, designer Tran Dat, Fashion Director of “Anh trai vu ngan cong gai” has made a bold decision to change most of the performance costumes for the artists and dancers in the next two shows. Tran Dat revealed that this time the number of costumes needed to be prepared is up to 400. Even the costumes considered as “identity” in previous shows will be renewed, even completely changed.

In addition to the top-notch experiences in terms of staging, sound, lighting, costumes... "Anh trai vu ngan cong gai" also left an impression on the audience because it honored the quintessence of Vietnamese culture. On the occasion of this concert, producer Yeah1 wishes to join hands with the public to set a Guinness World Record for "Event with the largest number of participants wearing traditional Vietnamese costumes". The public interested in this event is encouraged to wear traditional costumes of 54 ethnic groups, present at Art Ave, The Global City from 9-11 am on March 22 to contribute to creating the record.

“Anh trai vu ngan cong gai” is one of the most popular reality TV shows in 2024, topping the ratings on VTV. The show has been continuously honored at the Mai Vang, WeChoice, Lan Song Xanh award ceremonies… for its contributions to honoring cultural values, ethnicity, humanistic spirit, spreading messages about life, love for the country, creating connections between many generations of audiences and artists.

When tickets for the third and fourth concerts went on sale at 11am on January 21, all tickets for the show were sold out quickly after only 40 minutes of going on sale, setting a new ticket sales record for a music concert in Vietnam.
