Den Vau as the Soul of the Forest
On March 4, Den Vau joined hands with OMO to release the MV "Nhac cua rung" (Music of the forest) inspired by the song "Nhac rung" by musician Hoang Viet, which has been very familiar to many generations.
Famous for his simple, rustic musical personality, along with lyrics that contain many ideas and deep thoughts about social issues, Den Vau always makes viewers "touch" his own musical horizon.
The music of the forest depicts a beloved old forest, where birds and flowers bloom, streams flow from century to century, but are being heavily destroyed and increasingly polluted, when animals are timid and afraid of humans, streams are dry, without water or ancient trees are cut down mercilessly, those metaphorical images are the current state of Mother Nature.
Children bring young trees into the forest to plant.
The children entered the forest with the most authentic feelings, from discovering new things, hiding in the shade to enjoy the most beautiful things of nature, or the image of planting young trees in the hope of helping to protect the environment and nature.
The MV brings a message that is close and natural, just like the way Den Vau makes music 'Join hands to protect the environment, greening the bare land', the young generation, or the older generation, all 'rely' on nature, so this is the time we need to get our hands dirty to protect Vietnam's green screen'.
The combination of Den Vau is like a commitment between OMO and the environment for a green future and protecting mother nature.
From 2021 - 2023, OMO and the Center for Natural Resources and Environment Communication, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment initiated the tree planting program 'Action for a green Vietnam'.
'Dirty' afforestation
From 2019 to now, nearly 700,000 trees have been planted, 80,000 seeds have been sown in 19 provinces and cities, and 9 national parks across the country. This is the driving force for the program to continue bringing green to barren hills, bringing the belief in a more sustainable life, aiming to plant 1 million trees by 2025.
The message 'Get dirty to do good' and the companionship of OMO 'Get dirty for Vietnam's green screen' with the great significance of planting trees, greening barren hills, and restoring ecosystems in all regions of the country'.
