Hyundai Motor officially introduces to the market and customers the new generation Hyundai Tucson. New Tucson is distributed in 4 versions with prices starting from 769 million VND (including VAT). The New Tucson still carries the Sensuous Sportiness design from the previous All New version, but has been improved to increase strength and power. The highlight of the new Tucson is a more aggressive radiator grille with sparser mesh. The Parametric Jewel Hidden Lights LED daytime running lights are also reduced in number to 4 on each side, bringing a neat and strong look. The headlights on the car have also been upgraded to Projector LED, providing better lighting with focused light and farther distance. The overall exterior design of the New Tucson retains the blocky surfaces and angular muscular lines. The long hood and flat roofline combined with the long wheelbase and short overhangs create a dynamic feel, ready to explode with the car's energy. The body is sharply shaped with a combination of sharp, angular straight cuts in a smooth overall shape. The taillights retain the same design as the previous version. In addition, to continue to highlight its high-tech character, the new Tucson is also equipped with Hyundai's iconic rear glass and a wiper hidden under the rear spoiler, adding to the car's modern beauty. The new Tucson has a large size with the parameters Length x Width x Height of 4,640 x 1,865 x 1,665 (mm) and a wheelbase of 2,755mm. The car is equipped with rims ranging in size from 17 to 19 inches depending on the version. The ground clearance reaches 181mm. The new Hyundai Tucson has an interior space that maximizes comfort and relaxation for users to avoid stress and fatigue when traveling on the road. The highlight of the interior space of the New Tucson is the cluster of 2 information screens and an entertainment screen measuring 12.3 inches, each seamlessly connected with a moderate tilt towards the driver. This design style is similar to the recently launched All New Santa Fe. This screen supports wireless Android Auto/Apple Carplay with the ability to Dual Connect 2 Bluetooth devices at the same time. The car is equipped with an interior LED lighting system, which can be adjusted to 64 colors to help increase the aesthetics of the space. The new Tucson continues to be equipped with a multi-directional air-conditioning system, reducing the local cooling phenomenon that causes discomfort to passengers. The car's steering wheel is redesigned in a sporty 3-spoke form, with a logo showing the letter H in Morse code. The car's gear lever is a type of integrated screw behind the steering wheel, helping to free up space between the driver's seat and the passenger seat. The car has a smart electric trunk with 4 levels of opening and a remote start function with just one button on the key. New Tucson continues to bring a series of modern equipment such as: 8-speaker Bose sound system, panoramic sunroof, Cruise Control, automatic headlights and wipers, 2-position driver's seat memory, electric adjustment of driver's and passenger's seats, seat heating and cooling, electronic handbrake, Autohold smart brake hold, electronic handbrake, 360 Camera... The charging port and USB connection on the car are Type-C, providing fast device charging and data transfer. Like all other Hyundai models in the Vietnamese market, Tucson is still equipped with maps specifically for the Vietnamese market with customized features. The advantage of the built-in offline map is the ability to operate independently with pre-loaded data and direct GPS satellite connection, not depending on the Internet system like other online maps. The 2024 Hyundai Tucson has no major changes in its powertrain. The 2.0L naturally aspirated petrol engine produces 156 horsepower and 192Nm, comes with a 6-speed automatic transmission and front-wheel drive. The 2.0L naturally aspirated diesel engine produces 186 horsepower, 416Nm of torque and uses an 8-speed gearbox. The 1.6L turbocharged petrol engine produces 180 horsepower and 265Nm and comes with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission and HTRAC all-wheel drive system. The car is equipped with an ADAS active safety package including forward collision warning and avoidance, blind spot collision monitoring & avoidance, lane departure warning and lane keeping assist, adaptive automatic headlights, adaptive cruise control, safe door opening warning,... A new safety feature added to the 2024 Tucson is the PCA collision avoidance assist when reversing/parking, which can warn and automatically brake.
