The Provincial People's Committee approved the investment policy and approved the investor for the Project. The objective of the Project is to build and operate the infrastructure of Thuong Dinh Industrial Park (IP) in the form of a supporting IP. The land use scale of the Project is over 128 hectares; the investment capital is over VND 2,486 billion, of which the investor contributes VND 373 billion, the mobilized capital is over VND 2,113 billion. The operating period is 50 years from the date the Project is approved for investment; the implementation location is in Thuong Dinh commune (Phu Binh). The progress of the Project implementation is not more than 24 months from the date of land handover.
The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board to inspect and supervise investors during the implementation process, ensuring that the location of the Project is consistent with the location determined in the construction planning of Thuong Dinh Industrial Park and the planning of Thai Nguyen province, consistent with the national master plan and industry plans.
For Phu Binh district, the Provincial People's Committee requests coordination with the Department of Agriculture and Environment to submit to competent authorities to convert the purpose of using rice-growing land and other types of agricultural land in the Project implementation area. Organize the development and implementation of land recovery, compensation, resettlement support, and land lease plans for Project implementation in accordance with documents approved by competent authorities.
The Department of Agriculture and Environment coordinates with the People's Committee of Phu Binh district and is responsible for appraising the dossier, submitting it to the competent authority to change the land use purpose, decide on land allocation and land lease according to the provisions of law...
| According to the Thai Nguyen Provincial Planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050 approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 222/QD TTg dated March 14, 2023, Thai Nguyen province plans to develop 11 industrial parks with a total area of 4,245 hectares; currently, 5 industrial parks have come into operation, including: Yen Binh Industrial Park, Diem Thuy Industrial Park, Song Cong I Industrial Park, Song Cong II Industrial Park, Nam Pho Yen Industrial Park. |
