Completing the dossier to adjust the policy of Chu Lai-Truong Hai Automobile Mechanical Industrial Park expansion in the first quarter of 2025
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Nam province requested to ensure that the Chu Lai - Truong Hai Automobile Mechanical Industrial Park Expansion Project dossier meets all conditions for approval of investment policy in the first quarter of 2025.
Mr. Le Van Dung, Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Nam province, has just reviewed the proposal of the Management Board of Economic Zones and Industrial Parks of the province on handling the application for approval of the investment policy of the Chu Lai - Truong Hai Automobile Mechanical Industrial Park Expansion Project.
Accordingly, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Nam province requested Chu Lai Industrial Park Infrastructure Development Company Limited to proactively coordinate with the Management Board of Economic Zones and Industrial Parks of the province to urgently complete the dossier to adjust the investment policy of the Bac Chu Lai Industrial Park project and submit it to the competent authority before February 20, 2025.
Chu Lai - Truong Hai Industrial Park and Urban Infrastructure Development Investment Company Limited is responsible for providing documents, explaining the opinions of the appraisal agencies; and is responsible for the accuracy of the contents, information, and data in the application for approval of the investment policy of the Chu Lai - Truong Hai Automobile Mechanical Industrial Park Expansion Project.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Management Board of Economic Zones and Industrial Parks of the province to preside over, guide and urge Chu Lai Industrial Park Infrastructure Development One Member Co., Ltd. to prepare and submit the dossier to adjust the investment policy of the North Chu Lai Industrial Park Project according to the policy agreed upon by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee and ensure compliance with the provisions of law; at the same time, guide Chu Lai - Truong Hai Industrial Park and Urban Infrastructure Development One Member Co., Ltd. to complete the dossier requesting approval of the investment policy of the Chu Lai - Truong Hai Automobile Mechanical Industrial Park Expansion Project, submit it to the competent authority for appraisal and approval in accordance with the provisions of current law; promptly report and advise the Provincial People's Committee to direct the resolution of arising problems (if any), ensuring that the dossier of the Chu Lai - Truong Hai Automobile Mechanical Industrial Park Expansion Project meets all conditions for approval of the investment policy in the first quarter of 2025.
