KITA Group announces architectural competition for Project TM01 with total prize of nearly 2 billion VND

As part of the strategy of "exploding" large projects developed by the Group in 2025, KITA Group has announced an architectural design competition for the TM01 building. These are two projects in the GIA by KITA complex located in the heart of the Ciputra urban area - a billion-dollar complex with more than 400 luxury villas, 10 super luxury apartment buildings, and a modern commercial service complex with a collection of 100+ of the most luxurious amenities in the area.

1 billion VND prize for the winning unit at the architectural competition for Project TM01

Project TM01 is given special attention by Project Developer KITA Group from the selection of architectural design to landscape, along with the harmonious combination, optimization of the functional system and utilities of the Project. With that goal, KITA Group cooperates with the Vietnam Association of Architects to organize the Architectural Design Competition for Project TM01. The competition creates opportunities for leading regional and domestic architectural design and construction companies and units to demonstrate their talents, creative and unique design ideas, meeting the requirements of synchronization, applying smart features to the TM01 project, promising to create a new highlight for the capital Hanoi.

The contest takes place from February 14, 2025 to April 25, 2025 with a total prize value of nearly 2 billion VND.

This competition has 7 qualified architectural consulting units with extensive experience in design projects that have won architectural awards in the field of construction design, high-rise commercial towers domestically and internationally. Including: Baumschlager Eberle Architekten (BEA), Shanghai Zhongjian Architectural Design Institute Co., Ltd. (SZADI), Guangzhou Zoneteam Architectural Design & Urban Planning Institute CO., LTD, China Academy of Building Research Co., Ltd. (CABR), HMP Architecture, Cubic Architecture Joint Stock CO., LTD, Vietnam Construction Consulting Joint Stock Corporation (VNCC).

Discussing at the Announcement Ceremony, representatives of architectural consulting units, Mr. Nguyen Truong Linh - Deputy General Director of Vietnam Construction Consulting Corporation, Mr. Cung Thanh Dat - Deputy General Director of Baumschlager Eberle Company in Southeast Asia, all expressed their appreciation for the architectural design competition for Project TM01 organized by KITA Group. Representatives of the units all expressed their desire and determination to bring to this creative playground architectural ideas that meet the strict requirements of the investor.

At the ceremony, a representative of KITA Group shared, “We are organizing an architectural design competition for the TM01 project to find a new design and build a new symbol in the capital. The "handshake" with Asia's leading design unit for project CT05, CT06

As part of the campaign to find architectural solutions for "famous" projects, KITA Invest Joint Stock Company (under KITA Group) has also signed a cooperation agreement with the Chinese Institute of Architectural Science Research on architectural design consultancy for the commercial office complex, combined with high-rise housing at plots CT05-HH and CT06-HH of Nam Thang Long Urban Area (referred to as "CT05, CT06 Project").

Project CT05, CT06 is a commercial service and apartment complex belonging to the super luxury real estate product line under the brand name GIA by KITA located in Ciputra Urban Area. The project is invested by KITA Invest with a total area of 59,600 m2, including 10 40-storey towers with more than 2,000 apartments, penthouses and shophouses located next to a 65-hectare large park.
