Travel agencies and Ha Long International Passenger Port have organized to pick up, introduce and promote to tourists special sightseeing and tourism activities in the province, in which, tourists have had many attractive experiences at the World Heritage - Natural Wonder of Ha Long Bay, visit Quang Ninh Museum, City tour to experience local culture and cuisine....
It is known that in the last months of the year, the Costa Serena ship will return to Ha Long many more times.

The advantage of having a long border with China also helps Quang Ninh connect tourists by road.
Typically, recently, the Department of Transport of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (China) and the Department of Transport of Quang Ninh Province (Vietnam) have allowed the New National Line Group Transport Co., Ltd. (China) to cooperate with the Global Vietnam-China Friendship Group Joint Stock Company (Vietnam) to implement a fixed route to transport passengers from Nanning City (China) to Ha Long City (Vietnam) via the Bac Luan Bridge II Customs Clearance.
The implementation of passenger transport between the two cities of Nanning and Ha Long has contributed to diversifying tourism products for visitors to Quang Ninh. After a period of operation, the passenger transport route from Nanning City to Ha Long City via Bac Luan II Bridge has received very positive signals, attracting a large number of Chinese tourists.

Guangxi - key market
Cooperation in tourism development between Quang Ninh and Guangxi has always been focused on by the two localities and there is a need to increase exchange, cooperation and development.
Realizing cooperation agreements on tourism development between the two sides, Quang Ninh tourism industry has also actively participated in events organized by Guangxi since the beginning of 2024.

During peak periods, the unit welcomed about 200,000 Chinese visitors to Vietnam by air and sea, but most of them were still tourists through land border gates, including Mong Cai international border gate (Quang Ninh)...
"The number of Vietnamese tourists to China is also very large, the products are diverse, unique, suitable for different audiences and customer segments. For tourists and the market of the country with the second largest economy in the world, the unit has researched very carefully to build unique products and promote appropriately," Mr. Nguyen Ha Hai affirmed.
In the coming time, to promote the exploitation of the Guangxi market in particular and China in general, the Quang Ninh Department of Tourism will continue to make efforts with the Guangxi Department of Culture and Tourism to remove obstacles, agree on a plan to deploy self-driving tourist cars; restore tourism activities through border gates with travel documents; study connecting flights to bring tourists from Guangxi airports to Quang Ninh via Van Don International Airport...
In particular, the promotion of the opening of the Beihai - Ha Long sea tourism route is also being urgently implemented by both sides, expected to be operational by the end of 2024, creating a premise to effectively promote the Chinese tourist market for 2025 and the following years.
Quang Ninh's rich, unique and attractive tourism resources, along with its modern and synchronous transport infrastructure system of air, road and sea routes, will certainly be a "plus point", creating great attraction for Chinese tourists in the future.
