Many large-scale infrastructure projects connecting Ho Chi Minh City - Long An are about to be implemented.

The West and Northwest of Ho Chi Minh City, adjacent to Long An province, are increasingly overloaded. In the coming time, Ho Chi Minh City will invest heavily in a series of traffic projects to increase regional connectivity with this locality.

Clearly identifying transport infrastructure as the driving force for development, "clear roads and clear resources", in recent times, Ho Chi Minh City and Long An have always devoted resources to implementing many key projects to create a smooth, complete transport system, connecting inter-regions and inter-provinces strategically.

First is the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4 project: The entire Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4 route is planned to be more than 200 km long, passing through 5 provinces and cities including Ba Ria - Vung Tau (18.7 km), Dong Nai (45.6 km), Binh Duong (47.45 km), Ho Chi Minh City (17.3 km) and Long An (78.3 km).

National Highway 50B Project: The planning was approved by the Prime Minister, National Highway 50B is nearly 55 km long (the section through Long An is more than 35 km, Tien Giang is more than 14 km and Ho Chi Minh City is 5.8 km). This is a new construction project, with a total estimated investment of nearly 20,000 billion VND with a scale of 6 lanes, 40 m wide. When completed, this section of the entire National Highway 50B will create a traffic connection axis with Ring Road 3, Ring Road 4... contributing to strengthening connections to international gateways by sea (Hiep Phuoc port, Thi Vai - Cai Mep deep-water port, Long An port) and Long Thanh international airport.

Nguyen Van Bua Street expansion project: from Giong intersection to Provincial Road 9 bridge, with a total investment of more than 2,421 billion VND, using Ho Chi Minh City budget capital.

According to the plan, Nguyen Van Bua Street will be widened to 32-40 m, and a new Big Bridge and Provincial Road 9 Bridge will be built, each 58 m long and 17.5 m wide. At the same time, the existing Provincial Road 9 Bridge will be widened. The project is expected to be implemented in the 2025-2028 period.

The infrastructure boom not only boosts the real estate market but also creates leverage for sustainable economic growth. Roads become a powerful driving force, promoting the expansion of urban development space, especially in areas directly connected to this arterial road.

Located right at the Northwest gateway of Ho Chi Minh City, Phuc An City Urban Area is located on Provincial Road 824, the main route connecting Long An - Ho Chi Minh City, only about 30 minutes from the center of Ho Chi Minh City. The project developed by Tran Anh Group is becoming a bright spot on the real estate map of the Northwest area of Ho Chi Minh City. With a prime location, convenient connection and a synchronous utility system, the project not only brings sustainable investment value but also creates a modern, multi-utility living space for residents.

As a model urban area with a well-planned layout, Phuc An City not only provides townhouses, villas, and shophouses but also strongly develops a commercial and service system, creating great attraction for investors. In the context of the Northwest of Ho Chi Minh City becoming a real estate hotspot, the real estate value in Phuc An City is expected to increase strongly in the future.

With the orientation of developing a green urban area, the project devotes most of its area to parks, ecological lakes, and green landscapes, bringing a fresh and relaxing living space. Along with that, the diverse internal utility system such as schools, hospitals, shopping centers, sports areas, entertainment areas... fully meets the living needs of residents.

It is known that the investor is currently offering the final basket of 75 products with many incentives and attractive policies for customers. Accordingly, customers only need to pay 30% to receive the house and start business immediately, pay only 1%/month without interest, payment period up to 45 months.

With a strategic location at the Northwest gateway of Ho Chi Minh City, synchronous planning and strong development potential, Phuc An City is the perfect choice for long-term investment and settlement.
