On April 1, the Food Safety Department (Ministry of Health) issued a warning about the health protection food Crilin Women Health, whose advertising content violates the law.
According to the Department of Food Safety, currently, according to the reflection on some websites, e-commerce platforms, social networks are advertising the health protection food Crilin women Health with misleading advertising content that the product has the effect of a medicine, specifically at some of the following links: https://vt.tiktok.com/ZSr6CydxG/ ; https://byvn.net/v6XU; https://vn.shp.ee/xEX3Nqx.
Crilin Women Health health protection food announced by Thien Duoc Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company, address: Lot F3, Road N5, Nam Tan Uyen Industrial Park, Khanh Binh Ward, Tan Uyen Town, Binh Duong Province, was granted by the Department of Food Safety Certificate of product declaration registration No. 2320/2021/DKSP on March 16, 2021.
On August 12, 2021, the Department of Food Safety issued Certificate of Advertising Content No. 2288/2021/XNQC-ATTP to True Natural Vietnam Natural Cosmetics and Pharmaceuticals Joint Stock Company and on April 12, 2023, the Department of Food Safety issued Decision No. 134/QD-ATTP to revoke Certificate of Advertising Content No. 2288/2021/XNQC-ATTP at the request of True Natural Vietnam Natural Cosmetics and Pharmaceuticals Joint Stock Company.
The Food Safety Department is coordinating with relevant authorities to verify and handle the links with the above-mentioned advertising content violations. The Food Safety Department will publish the results of the handling on the Department's website at: https://vfa.gov.vn/.
While the authorities are handling the case, the Food Safety Department recommends that consumers do not base their decisions on illegal advertising content to purchase and use products at the above link because it may cause health and economic risks./.
