On the afternoon of November 26, in Ha Long City, the Quang Ninh Provincial Military Party Committee held a conference to disseminate and implement the Directives and Instructions of the Politburo, the Central Military Commission Standing Committee, the General Department of Politics, the Military Region Party Committee Standing Committee, the Political Department of Military Region 3, the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Military Party Committee on Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party in the provincial Party Committee and armed forces.
Colonel Nguyen Quang Hien, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, chaired the conference. Colonel Khuc Thanh Du, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command attended the conference.
Also attending the conference were members of the Provincial Military Party Committee; secretaries and deputy secretaries of subordinate branches and grassroots party committees; commanders and political commissars of the Military Commands of districts, towns and cities; secretaries of party cells under the Party Committees of the General Staff, Political Department, Logistics - Engineering Department and the Party Committee of Regiment 244; and political assistants of the General Staff, Logistics - Engineering Department.
The conference thoroughly grasped Directive No. 35-CT/TW dated June 14, 2024 of the Politburo on Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party; Directive No. 2960-CT/QUTW dated July 18, 2024 of the Standing Committee of the Central Military Commission on Party Congresses at all levels in the Army Party Committee towards the 14th National Congress of the Party; Directive No. 919-CT/DU dated August 8, 2024 of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Military Region 3 on Party Congresses at all levels in the Party Committee and Armed Forces of the Military Region towards the 12th Army Party Congress and the 14th National Congress of the Party; Plan No. 439-KH/TU dated July 23, 2024 of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Executive Committee on organizing Party Congresses at all levels towards the 16th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
Through the conference, the Party committees and Party organizations in the Provincial Party Committee and Military Forces thoroughly grasped the directives, regulations and instructions of the Politburo, the Central Military Commission Standing Committee, the General Department of Politics, the Military Region Party Committee Standing Committee, the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Military Party Committee on Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.
At the conference, the Provincial Military Party Committee requested to raise awareness and responsibility of Party committees (standing committees), secretaries, deputy secretaries, political agencies and functional agencies at all levels in studying and thoroughly grasping the content, requirements and methods of conducting Party Congresses at all levels; closely applying the tasks and situations of the Party Committees and agencies and units to lead, direct and guide the conduct of Party Congresses at all levels to ensure quality, efficiency, correct content, procedures, principles and prescribed time.
Also this afternoon, the Provincial Military Party Committee held a conference to review 15 years of implementing Directive No. 590-CT/ĐUQSTW dated October 4, 2010 of the Standing Committee of the Central Military Party Committee and Directive No. 07-CT/ĐU dated November 10, 2010 of the Military Region Party Committee on continuing to promote the development and implementation of the grassroots democracy regulations in the armed forces of Quang Ninh province; The Quang Ninh Provincial Military Command also held a conference to deploy local defense and military tasks in December 2024.
