Delegation of National Assembly deputies of Tay Ninh province meets with voters of Tan Chau district

The delegation of National Assembly deputies of Tay Ninh province includes Mr. Pham Hung Thai - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Mr. Nguyen Manh Tien - Deputy Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on National Defense, Security and Foreign Affairs.

At the conference, Mr. Pham Hung Thai informed voters of the expected agenda of the 9th session of the 15th National Assembly; responses from competent authorities to voters' petitions through previous meetings. At the same time, he reported the results of responses from a number of central and local ministries and agencies to voters' opinions and petitions during previous meetings.

After hearing the announcement of the above contents, voter Nguyen Van Bon shared that, in the face of the province's merger, he expressed his wish that the provincial National Assembly Delegation would propose to the Central Government that, through this round of streamlining, there should be a plan to find highly capable officials to contribute to the country's transformation and reach a new era.

Voter Pham Minh Canh, a veteran in the district, proposed that the National Assembly have a mechanism to transfer those who participated in the resistance war against the US to hospital. Because currently, these veterans are around 70 years old, have poor health, have difficulty walking, and the time to complete the hospital transfer procedures is long.

Voters are also concerned about the current issue of many heroes and martyrs whose information has not been identified and who are buried in cemeteries; they request that the authorities soon identify their DNA, combined with information about their hometown and unit to restore the identities of the heroes who have sacrificed.

Mr. Pham Hung Thai - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation assessed that the voters' comments were very appropriate. The Provincial National Assembly Delegation acknowledged and recommended these contents to the Government.
