With the topic "Infantry regimental level confrontation exercise" divided into 3 stages: Changing combat readiness status; organizing preparation and practicing combat, this exercise aims to improve the level, leadership and command capacity of the staff, the ability to apply art and fighting style of our Army in 2-side 1-level exercises on the map.

Along with that, through the exercise, the military region and division can evaluate the staff capacity of the regimental level agency in organizing combat preparation and practice, promptly draw experience and direct the organization of exercises on both sides for the following years to achieve good results, meeting the requirements of the tasks in the new situation.

In his opening speech, Major General Le Ngoc Hai requested the Exercise Steering Committee and relevant agencies to study and grasp the exercise management plan, documents regulating the transition to combat readiness, responsibilities and tasks to monitor, guide and help the exercise units achieve the set goals and requirements.

The requirements for Regiment 142 and Regiment 733 of Division 315 are to build a complete system of documents in the exercise, practice the exercise close to reality; the commander and the regimental agency must have a firm grasp of principles and theories; accurately assess the combat object, flexibly and creatively apply military art and fighting methods of our Army in the exercise of two sides at the same level.
