In recent years, the work of the Navy's youth, trade unions and women has been comprehensively and extensively implemented in many fields, including many contents that have been innovated, created, achieved quality, and practical effectiveness, creating a strong spread to cadres, union members, association members and workers; contributing to the successful completion of political tasks of agencies and units in the entire Navy.

Rear Admiral Do Van Yen, Deputy Political Commissar of the Navy, spoke at the Ceremony to honor outstanding young faces and promising young faces in 2024.

Speaking at the ceremony, Rear Admiral Do Van Yen, Deputy Political Commissar of the Navy, acknowledged and praised the achievements that the Navy's youth, trade union and women's work has achieved in the past year. Rear Admiral Do Van Yen requested: Party committees, commanders, and political agencies need to pay attention to leading, directing, and innovating the content and form of mass activities in accordance with the characteristics of the tasks of the agencies and units; creating favorable conditions and environments for union members and members to develop comprehensively. Union organizations encourage and motivate young people to be pioneers in digital transformation, to make strong advances in science and technology, focusing on scientific and technical research and application of new technologies for the tasks of studying, training, combat readiness, production and work.

Trade union organizations need to promote and improve the quality and effectiveness of emulation movements, especially the "Good workers, creative workers" movement; regularly pay attention to social policy activities, ensuring full legal and legitimate rights and interests for union members and workers.

Women's associations care for, nurture and improve women's qualifications, comprehensive capacity, status and material and spiritual life so that they have the opportunity to study, practice and become more confident; create favorable conditions for women to fulfill their roles as soldiers, wives and mothers; arouse and promote women's potential in all fields.

On this occasion, the Navy honored 10 outstanding young faces, 6 promising young faces; 18 typical and advanced union officials and members in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in the period of 2020-2025; 20 typical and advanced female officials and members in the period of 2020-2025.

In summary, the 14th Nguyen Phan Vinh Creative Youth Award was presented, with 103 authors and groups of authors winning the award.
