Launching emulation campaign to build commune and town police to meet tasks in the new situation

On the morning of November 29, the Provincial Police Department held a launching ceremony for the Emulation Campaign to achieve outstanding achievements to continue promoting the construction of Commune and Town Police to meet the requirements and tasks in the new situation, welcoming the Party Congresses at all levels in the People's Public Security for the 2025-2030 term and celebrating the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Vietnam People's Public Security (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025).

At the launching ceremony, the provincial police leaders emphasized that in order to build a police force in communes and towns that is truly close to the people, close to the people, and closely following the grassroots, the emulation movement needs to be spread throughout the political system and the people; creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere with good and creative ways of doing things.

Accordingly, the provincial police leaders requested the police of units and localities to develop plans to implement the campaign extensively, in line with the specific functions and tasks; develop appropriate criteria and targets so that the campaign can truly come to life. From there, proactively advise on strengthening the Party's leadership over the commune and town police; promote the implementation of solutions to build forces, ensure the improvement of staff quality; actively advise and mobilize resources to increase investment in facilities, means and equipment for the commune and town police. In addition, actively respond to patriotic emulation movements launched by the Party, the State, the Ministry of Public Security and Quang Ninh province; strengthen propaganda work, set typical examples, to encourage, reward, and create widespread influence.

The provincial police leaders also requested all officers and soldiers of the provincial police to continue to uphold their responsibility, solidarity, determination and strive to effectively implement the goals and requirements of the emulation movement; contribute to building the commune and town police to ensure comprehensive security and order, capable of solving security and order issues right from the beginning and at the grassroots level, meeting the requirements and tasks in the new situation.
