On the morning of February 12, the Provincial Police Department held a ceremony to announce and hand over the decision of the Provincial Police Director on early retirement for 9 comrades who are leaders of the Police Department of units and localities.
At the announcement ceremony, the Provincial Police Director awarded retirement benefits to 9 department-level leaders and equivalents, including: 5 department heads, 4 deputy department heads and deputy district police chiefs.
The cases of resignation this time are all cadres who have grown up from the grassroots, are leaders and commanders who have experienced many different fields of work. Implementing the policy of the Politburo, the Central Public Security Party Committee and the Provincial Public Security Party Committee, all comrades voluntarily submitted applications for early retirement, enjoying retirement benefits to facilitate the arrangement and streamlining of the Provincial Public Security apparatus in the coming time.
Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Tran Van Phuc, Director of the Provincial Police Department, congratulated the 9 comrades for successfully completing their assigned tasks, retiring, and enjoying retirement benefits according to regulations. He acknowledged the important work results and contributions of the comrades to the overall achievements of the Quang Ninh Provincial Police Department in recent times. The Director of the Provincial Police Department affirmed that voluntarily retiring before the age limit not only demonstrates the courage, sense of responsibility, exemplary and pioneering spirit, but also the great sacrifice and dedication of the comrades in the revolution of arranging and streamlining the apparatus of the Party, the State, and the Industry; at the same time, it creates an important spreading force and motivation for the Provincial Police Department to best complete the work of arranging and assigning cadres when implementing the new apparatus organization, as well as building a personnel plan for the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term.
The Provincial Police Director requested that Party committees and leaders of units continue to do a good job of political and ideological education for cadres and soldiers, especially for those directly affected by the streamlining of the organizational apparatus, so that each cadre can identify that "innovation, reorganization of the apparatus to be lean, compact, strong, efficient, effective and efficient" is a revolution, a very urgent requirement of the practical situation, and a strong political determination of the Party.
