After this arrangement, we reduced 6 departments and agencies at the same level as departments, reduced 16 specialized divisions, accounting for 28.1%, exceeding the Central's orientation (the Central's orientation is to reduce at least 15% of the number of internal focal points); reduced 5 director positions, reduced 15 deputy director positions, reduced 20 department heads, reduced 6 deputy department heads. If calculated from 2017 when implementing Resolution No. 18 up to now, the province has reduced 69/125 specialized divisions under provincial departments, branches and sectors, accounting for 55.2%.
Mr. Tran Van Huyen requested agencies and units to promptly deploy tasks according to the new organizational model; closely coordinate with functional agencies to closely follow the regulations and instructions of the Central and the province to promptly develop, review, amend and supplement regulations on functions, tasks and working regulations of each affiliated unit in each agency, in the spirit of "running and lining up at the same time" to ensure full implementation of the new functions and tasks of each agency and unit.
