The People's Committee of Hai Duong province has just announced the Decisions on the reorganization of specialized agencies under the People's Committee of the province and the personnel work after the reorganization. Accordingly, Mr. Bui Van Thang, member of the Standing Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (former) was appointed as Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Hai Duong.
Hai Duong province held a conference to announce the Resolution of the Hai Duong Provincial People's Council on the establishment and reorganization of specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee; at the same time, announced the decision to appoint leaders of 5 newly merged and established departments, including: Department of Home Affairs, Department of Agriculture and Environment, Department of Construction, Department of Finance, Department of Science and Technology; the decision to appoint leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee and Deputy Directors of the Departments of Education and Training, Culture, Sports and Tourism.
Mr. Nguyen Hoai Long, Director of the Department of Construction (former) was appointed to the position of Director of the Department of Construction after the merger of the Department of Construction with the Department of Transport. Mr. Nguyen Van Doan, Director of the Department of Transport of Hai Duong was mobilized and appointed by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to the position of Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board.
After the merger, the Department of Construction of Hai Duong province has 5 Deputy Directors, including Mr. Nguyen Trong Hai, Mr. Vu Minh Nghia, Mr. Pham Cuu Long (3 Deputy Directors of the old Department of Construction); Mr. Vu Duc Hanh, Mr. Bui Xuan Hai (2 Deputy Directors of the old Department of Transport). Regarding the organizational structure, the Department of Construction of Hai Duong has 7 specialized departments, 1 department less than before the arrangement and streamlining.
Mr. Nguyen Cao Thang, Director of the Department of Information and Communications (former) was appointed to the position of Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Hai Duong province.
Hai Duong Department of Science and Technology has the following Deputy Directors: Mr. Pham Van Manh, previously Director of the Department of Science and Technology; Mr. Nguyen Dinh Bo, Le Luong Thinh, Luu Xuan Lam (3 Deputy Directors of the Department of Science and Technology); Mr. Pham Huy Thang, Nguyen Minh Kha (2 Deputy Directors of the Department of Information and Communications).
Mr. Nguyen Van Nhat, Deputy Director of the Department of Information and Communications, was appointed to the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Hai Duong province.
Ms. Sai Thi Yen, Director of the Department of Home Affairs, was appointed to the position of Director of the Department of Home Affairs of Hai Duong, after the merger of the Department of Home Affairs with the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs. The Department of Home Affairs of Hai Duong has 4 Deputy Directors: Ms. Nguyen Thi Lan, Mr. Do Huy Chinh (previously Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs); Mr. Bui Quoc Trinh, Ms. Bui Thuy Hanh (previously Deputy Director of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs). The Department of Home Affairs after the merger has reduced 2 specialized departments compared to the previous 2 departments; there are 8 specialized departments, 3 public service units.
Mr. Nguyen Trong Tue, Director of the Department of Finance (former) was appointed to the position of Director of the Hai Duong Department of Finance, after merging the Department of Finance and the Department of Planning and Investment into the Department of Finance. The Chairman of the Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee also decided to appoint Mr. Nguyen Dong Kim, Mr. Do Van Tien (Deputy Directors of the former Department of Finance); Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hung, Mr. Nguyen Hai Chau, Mr. Nguyen Tien Hoan (Deputy Directors of the former Department of Planning and Investment) to the position of Deputy Directors of the provincial Department of Finance.
Mr. Bui Van Thang, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (formerly) was appointed as Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Hai Duong. The Deputy Directors of the Department of Agriculture and Environment are: Mr. Duong Van Xuyen, previously Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment; Mr. Do Tien Dung, Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhu Trang, Mr. Nguyen Trac Trung (3 Deputy Directors of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment); Mr. Luong Van Canh, Ms. Luong Thi Kiem, Ms. Pham Thi Dao (3 Deputy Directors of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development). After the merger, the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Hai Duong reduced 4 specialized departments (from 15 departments to 11 departments), reduced 4 public service units and reorganized the Agricultural Extension Center.
Speaking at the task assignment for the leaders of the newly merged departments, Mr. Tran Duc Thang, Secretary of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee, said that after nearly 3 months of implementation with a spirit of urgent work and high responsibility, Hai Duong province has resolutely, synchronously deployed and completed the arrangement and streamlining of the political system apparatus.
Among them, many leaders of Hai Duong's departments and branches, for the common benefit and for the new apparatus of the province to be "lean - compact - strong - efficient - effective - efficient", voluntarily retired early or held a lower position to facilitate the arrangement of the apparatus and create opportunities for the younger generation of cadres to continue their development.
