On November 22, First Lieutenant, singer Thu Huong released the MV Anh co theo ve cung em Than Uyen and the audio Ruc lua xu Muong.
As a singer with a powerful, edgy, and individual voice in contemporary folk music, but in her comeback with the MV "Anh co theo ve cung em Than Uyen", Thu Huong surprised the audience with her soft, soaring, and resonant voice.
Launching the MV at Meritorious Artist Viet Hoan's farm, once again, many people questioned the real relationship between Thu Huong and the red music singer because before that, they were often teased as "a couple".
Meritorious Artist Viet Hoan said that he became close to Thu Huong after the performance in Than Uyen, and considered her as a younger sister. Viet Hoan realized that Thu Huong's passion for her career was always burning because the female singer was very instinctive and enthusiastic in everything she did. Therefore, when Thu Huong asked him to come up with a script idea for the MV, Viet Hoan immediately accepted.
“The scenery of Than Uyen is so beautiful, like a sleeping girl in the forest that needs to be awakened. Therefore, I told Thu Huong to tell the story of this land starting with a love story between a boy and a girl, from there introducing the beautiful scenery of Than Uyen,” Viet Hoan shared.
Thu Huong said that the scenery at Viet Hoan's farm with green mountains and forests is very suitable for the scene in the MV, so launching this music product here was the crew's calculation.
The song "Anh co theo ve cung em Than Uyen" has a Northwest melody, praising the natural beauty, love of homeland, and national cultural identity of Than Uyen land.
Thu Huong shared that during a volunteer trip with artists to Than Uyen (Lai Chau), she was amazed by the majestic and poetic natural beauty and the friendliness and enthusiasm of the people here. When she returned to Hanoi and read the poem by poet Khanh Duong, memories flooded back and Thu Huong intended to turn the poem into a musical work to give to Than Uyen, Lai Chau.
“Unexpectedly, right from the demo, the audience loved it so much. That’s why I boldly invested my heart and soul to return to Than Uyen to record this music product,” the female singer shared.
Singer Tran Thu Huong is currently working at the People's Police Music and Dance Theater, and is loved by many audiences for participating in the Sao Mai rendezvous contest.
